In Serbia Voice dubbing is not the traditional approach to foreign laguage movies and television. Usually everything would be subtitled with original audio. Even children programs would be in English often not even subtitled. Needles to say children under the age of 6 will have much more fun whatching programs in their own language.
Only recently did the Serbian market developments show (through ratings) that overdubbed children TV is much more popular than content in the original language. As a result, in the last years a market for dubbing has developped. Since there isn't much of a dubbing tradition there is a void to be filled.
